Delivery information

Pricing and freight services are calibrated for educational and commercial facilities. Residential addresses, home offices, and limited-access locations could be subject to additional carrier surcharges, which will be quoted prior to orders being placed with the manufacturer.

Standard website orders ship direct via commercial freight with curbside lift gate service included. A school representative must be present to count cartons and inspect packaging. Any visible exterior damage or piece shortages must be noted on the driver’s delivery receipt (BOL) before signing. Inside delivery and unboxing are not included.

Returns

All contract furniture is custom-manufactured to your specifications. Simplova Education cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer color/finish selections, dimension discrepancies, or incorrect chair/desk heights.

Production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours and are subject to factory approval. Change fees apply once materials are committed.
