Under the current warranty, qualifying metal frames and non-moving components on general seating may be covered for up to 15 years, while desks, tables, benching, metal filing and storage products may also receive up to 15 years of coverage.

Moving parts, upholstery, textiles, foam, mechanisms, electrical components and other specialty items may have shorter warranty periods depending on the product. Warranty remedies may include repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
