Keep teaching materials and daily work together with the Motum Split-Height Teacher Desk by Smith System. Separate work-surface levels let different tasks sit side by side.
Use it as a central staff workspace for lesson preparation, marking and organising classroom resources. It can support a dedicated teaching position or a preparation area beside the main learning space, keeping everyday work close to the activities taking place in the room.
Key features include a split-height layout with an adjustable, tilting side surface.
A 24-by-24-inch side surface adjusts from 30 to 44 inches and can tilt. It sits beside a fixed 24-by-48-inch surface at 30 inches high, providing two distinct working areas within the desk arrangement.
Plan the desk position around sightlines, access to teaching materials and the route into the classroom. Choose the work-surface and storage configuration to suit the equipment being used and the clearance required by the teacher’s chair.
